Who, what and why
I'm a multi-disciplinary designer with experience spanning UX/UI, visual design, 3D product visualisation, and print. Over the past decade, I’ve helped shape digital platforms, develop products, and build brand experiences across sectors, from e-commerce and education to sport, healthcare, and automotive.
Currently based in Leeds, I’ve worked both agency-side and in-house, taking projects from concept to launch and managing relationships with clients, developers, and internal teams along the way.
I specialise in design that balances clarity, function, and brand expression, whether that’s a full website rebuild, a data-informed UX improvement, or a globally launched fan campaign. I bring a collaborative, detail-focused approach to every project, and thrive on finding smart, scalable solutions that work for real people.

Work history.
UX/UI Web Digital Designer
IDHL Group • Sept 2023 – Jan 2025 • Leeds
Led UX/UI design for full website rebuilds, from workshops and content modelling through to high-fidelity prototypes. Worked closely with developers, SEO, PR, and Paid Media teams to deliver accessible, WCAG-aligned designs. Played a key role in unblocking long-standing client challenges through structured storytelling and clear design rationale.
Key projects: Naturo Pet Food replatform and redesign; several incremental UX improvement programmes across ecommerce and service sites.
UX/UI CRO Digital Designer
IDHL Group • Feb 2022 – Sept 2023 • Leeds
Owned the UX/UI design function within the CRO team. Delivered data-driven design iterations informed by analytics and testing. Introduced the team’s first formal QA process and mentored junior designers. Fostered a more collaborative workflow with analysts.
Notable outcome: Redesigned a financial services homepage to prioritise trust over form starts, resulting in higher form completion rates after controlled testing.
Graphic Designer & 3D Modeller
Neo G • Aug 2019 – Feb 2022 • Harrogate
Produced product visuals, packaging and marketing materials while maintaining the design system. Helped shift the company toward a more digital-first development process. Created 3D product models that accelerated internal approvals and improved supplier communication.
Notable outcome: Supported the rapid development of new insoles now stocked in major UK and US retailers.
Freelance Graphic Designer
Self-employed • July 2018 – Aug 2019 • Cambridge → Leeds
Delivered branding, album artwork and promotional materials for musicians and small businesses while relocating.
Junior Digital Designer
Cambridge Publishers Limited (CPL) • Apr 2017 – Jul 2018 • Cambridge
Primary designer for Godolphin, producing event branding, campaign assets, supergraphics and digital content. Managed multiple Godolphin websites and supported their global marketing and fan-engagement initiatives.

Designed Order of Service booklets and funeral stationery in a fast-paced, emotionally sensitive environment.
